Ethiopia is the home of the Arabica coffee gene pool (Coffee Arabica rubiacaeae). Until today the country has an enormously great genetic diversity of the sort Arabica. One may claim that Ethiopia produces the best coffee of this sort. This is correspondingly honoured and confirmed by most of the competitors worldwide.
For many consumers the tartness and certain exotic aromas due to diversity might be surprising for well-known pure Ethiopian coffees. For this reason we have found a coffee that has a sophisticated taste, however, only a subtle tartness to satisfy the consumers in Switzerland. Due to the natural cultivation of selected varieties coupled with diligent roasting procedures we can guarantee an excellent stomach tolerance and subtle tartness in addition to the refined taste.
We have our green coffee analysed in the laboratory in periodic intervals and continue our research in order to steadily maintain and further develop our high quality products.
